On my way home from each Abby SDV over the past 10 years there is a view that I love. And every year I say, next year I will bring my camera and photograph it so I can visit it again anytime I want. Well, I forgot to bring it on Abby 1 but it was fresh in my mind for Abby 2. It is just such a beautiful costal view and what I think of when I think of salt marshes of South Jersey

SDV Weekend- Abby 2
This past weekend was the second SDV weekend at Absecon. It was wonderful. I loved the first weekend because a lot of my friends were there but I loved this one too because of the energy of the women attending. A lot of people came by to check out my Uppercase Living catalogs and seemed interested in the product. Hopefully it will have helped my business grow.
Forsythe Wildlife Refuge
Just a couple of miles from the Seaview Marriott is this amazing Wildlife Refuge. It is another thing I have noticed on my drive home and then would forget until heading home the next year. That was the beauty of vending at the SDV- I saw it on my way home 2 weeks ago and could still remember it this weekend. There are all kinds of trails to hike and view birds but I was there too early and by myself so I would not venture out on them. What I did do is that there is an eight mile driving loop and I tried that. It was amazing. There is nothing like an hour out in nature (or in your car out in nature) to lower your blood pressure and bring peace. I can't wait until next year to visit there again. I think my little Prius baby loved it too.

Celebrity Sighting
OK, the other night I pull into my hotel parking lot and I see that there is a celebrity staying at the same hotel! I was so excited.

Can you guess who it was???
That's right, it was the Oscar Meyer Weiner Mobile!!! There are few things around that can make me feel the excitement of being a kid as much as this vehicle. It just made my day. How great that the weiner people sleep in so that I was able to get a shot of it before I left for the day.
